Providing support and guidance for both MAiD (Medical Aid in Dying) and VSED (Voluntary Stopping Eating and Drinking). All with intention to restore death to its sacred place in the mystery, beauty and celebration of life.

I understand that supporting our loved ones and maintaining self-care at End of Life can be overwhelming for an individual/family. As a Certified End of Life Doula from the Conscious Dying Institute since 2019, I have embraced my soul’s calling to honor and support sacred transitions for several years. I provide loving, nurturing care for the body, mind and soul during the entire dying process. Through heartfelt conversation, divine intuition, an array of healing approaches and spiritual resources, I am that trusted guide. I have directed life transformational retreats for over 15 years and volunteer with Hospice and LIfeSpark Cancer Resources in CO.

A little bit more about me…

I was born in London, Canada, and moved to Colorado over 30 years ago. I presently live in the beautiful mountains outside of Durango, CO. My journey from a telecommunications corporate manager to a transformational well-being/spiritual retreat leader and intuitive healer commenced in 2004. Since then, I have owned and operated a B&B and Retreat & Holistic Healing Centers. I have been developing and leading transformational individual and small group healing and spiritual retreats for over 15 years in Colorado.

I love to naturally intuit or co-create personal comfort care sessions to meet the dying one’s evolving care needs during all phases of the transition process.

I serve the Durango Area and Four Corners Region, including Bayfield and Mancos.
