We often hear “take care of yourself”, “self-care is essential to preventing burnout” and so we are taught to exercise, eat well, get enough sleep, indulge in bubble baths and take “mental health” days. But when those interventions don’t feel like enough we start to question our ability and career. Join us to have a real conversation and learn interventions that go “beyond a bubble bath” and explore, in depth, what self-care can really mean.
