One of Mary Ellen’s passion projects is business coaching for both new and long-time solopreneurs. In her seventh book, The Reluctant Entrepreneur: Making a Living Doing What You Love, Mary Ellen draws on her own experiences and those of the hundreds of entrepreneurs she has worked with over the years. Her approach is to assume that there is always a way you can make a living doing what you love. Yet, she finds one of the biggest challenges of self-employed professionals is finding ways for their clients to find and connect with them, on an ongoing basis. Mary Ellen has been self-employed for 30+ years and has learned approaches to attract the kinds of clients who feed her heart and support her financially.
