Come join the Colorado End-of-Life Collaborative (CEOLC) and the HeartLight Center for an evening of connection. It’s not often that end-of-life professionals get the chance to gather across disciplines. This special evening welcomes hospice workers and agencies, death doulas, and other end-of-life practitioners into a warm, open environment. Together, we’ll share stories, exchange ideas, and build relationships that strengthen our community of care.
